Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 5 Episode 8 Summary
Episode opened with Mimo sitting on a riverside and Ranveer, Nikitan & Salman trying to ask her out for a date. Salman ended up dancing under-water with Mimo and caught by Rohit Shetty and then all of them were taken straight to the stunt sight. At stunt sight Rohit Shetty announced about the wedding anniversary of Gurmeet and Debina and then he talked about their love life. After some fun moments everybody got set with the stunts mood. Following are the stunts of week 4 part 2:
1. Breathless : This was a water based stunt with a tunnel made of metallic mesh with two edges and two open ends. The two internal edges of the tunnel were designed like a box, that contained flags to be collected by the participants. The tunnel was totally kept under water. Participant has to start swimming inside the tunnel from an open end, reach first edge of the tunnel with box, collect flag and then swim towards another edge with box, collect another flag and then swim towards another open end of the tunnel.
Geeta and Gurmeet performed this stunt. Geeta took 5 min 38 sec to finish the stunt and Gurmeet did it in 59 sec. This way Geeta got the fear fanda, which indicates that she will be doing the elimination stunt.
2. Bheja Fry : This stunt was performed by Daya, Teejay and Debina. In this stunt a small glass tank was fixed around participants neck leaving their head inside the tank filled with water and eels. Participant could breathe through his mouth holding a small pipe through the tank. In the right side of the participant there was a water container with 4 crabs and left side with a water container without crabs. Player was supposed to transfer the crabs to that empty tank, one after another. Once all those crabs were transferred from right to left, participant can start unscrewing the glass tank tied around his neck. It contained total 6 screws. Once the participant gets rid of the glass tank around his neck, his task will be over.
Daya gave up in the middle due his fear of water and claustrophobia. Teejay finished the stunt in 1 min 21 sec and Debina finished the stunt in 1 min. It became very clear that Daya will get the fear fanda and do the elimination stunt.
3. Shock Therapy : This stunt was the elimination round for fourth week. All those participants who were low performers of last 5 stunts will have to do this stunt and whosoever performs low in this stunt would leave the game and go home. There participants in this stunt were Geeta, Nikitan, Gauahar, Mugdha and Daya in same line of order.
Stunt starts with entering a chamber divided into various parts. Participant has to crawl through a pool of water and reach a space where huge chains were hanging through the roof charged with electricity. Participant has to cross this space facing the shock as fast as possible, then he will reach stairs made of rod, few of which were connected to the electric wires. After crossing the stairs he will find a box which contain three red coins and a charged wire. He has to collect those coins and move ahead towards a mesh of electric wires and cross every wire carefully. After crossing the area of wire mesh he will find three keys out of which one is the real key to the exit door of the chamber. The fake keys will be connected to the electric wires and the real one will be free of any electric current. After finding the key participant has to open the exit door, go to Teja standing next to the power switch of the chamber, give him the red coins, he would switch the power off and the stunt will finish.
Geeta finished the stunt in 3 min 04 sec, Daya finished the stunt in 5 min 09 sec, Gauahar 4 min 49 sec, Mugdha 7 min 21 sec and Nikitan's time was not announced as Mugdha took highest time than others. So she was the 3rd one to leave this show and go home.
Kushal also left the show this week because of a serious injury in his right shoulder, happened during the last stunt he performed.
Idea life jacket was given to Gurmeet as he was one of the best performers in all his previous stunts.
